DELIVERY OF JAYBE SOFABEDS
Delivery of the Jaybe sofa beds is a white glove 2 man delivery service direct to the customers home. The delivery will be booked in and includes delivery to room of choice, assembly and packaging disposal. Orders are tracked and traced along the whole delivery process. All room of choice deliveries will be subject to a site survey by the driver who will asses whether it is possible to place the sofabed in the customer's room of choice. If not the delivery team will request a alternative room to place the Jaybe sofabed.
LEADTIME & ARRANGING A DELIVERY DATE
Jaybe sofabeds are normally delivered within 4-6 weeks. Approximately 1 week before delivery an SMS text message will be sent to the customer suggesting possible delivery dates for them to choose from.
